TheGallery (the “Platform”), operated at paisaheaven.com, is a platform for creators and their audiences. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the Platform:

• Account information — name or handle, email address, phone number (including for WhatsApp-based sign-in and notifications), and profile details you choose to add.
• Content — photos, videos, text and other materials you upload or stream.
• Usage data — pages viewed, interactions, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Messaging data — when you contact us or use WhatsApp features, the messages and metadata needed to deliver and respond to them.

• To provide, operate and improve the Platform and its features.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send service messages, including via WhatsApp, that you have requested or that relate to your account.
• To process subscriptions and payments (when available).
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

The Platform may use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages with your consent. We only message phone numbers that have opted in. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Platform, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that host, process or support the Platform, under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety and security.
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), with notice where required.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated personal data, email kguevara@expresstogosv.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email or phone number on your account. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

The Platform is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Platform.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
