Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheGallery (the “Platform”), operated at paisaheaven.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Post content involving minors, non-consensual material, or anything that violates applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant TheGallery a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute your content as needed to operate the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to the content you publish.

If you publish a creator profile, you are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws, including any tax and reporting obligations related to earnings on the Platform.

Some features may require a paid subscription. When payments are enabled, pricing, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheGallery and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
